these few days, everyone seems to be pulling the sad-puppy move in hopes of paving a quick escape route. heaving sighs, giving excuses.. we all know the type. it’s very frustrating. i want to tell them that i’ve seen and heard it all before. but the more this happens, the more i’m beginning to see how attractive it is. just string a few lame excuses together, tell a heartbreaking tale of how, you know, you havent slept in 24 hours, and you’re scot free. so nice. i also want.

i always tell myself not to be so sympathetic. i’m possibly the easiest person to take advantage of if you know how to wield a guilt trip well. so i try to change that. but i think opportunists can sniff out gullibility like bloodhounds. either that or im just easy. but the hardest thing about trying not to be sympathetic, is when you think about all the times you just needed someone to listen… but everyone was either not there or unsympathetic.

there is something about november and december that sucks big time.
