hello. this is your typical random bullet-point post that arises from a need to deviate from task at hand (in my case, studying for both my politics and psychology midterms that’s happening in about oh 4 hours and i havent started on psychology yet hahahaha well done su ann kononnya want to get straight A’s this semester hahaha dream on) and too many flyaway thoughts in head and also a lack of time to pen it all down properly in a nice non-bulletpoint post with paragraphs and transitions and capital letters and all.
actually im quite panicked about my exams and i really should be using this 10 minutes to read up on the evils of the World Trade Organization.. but nevermind, blogging is good therapy.
okay here come the bullet points which are actually not bullet points, but hyphenated points :
- i dont know why but everytime i make Neslo (Nescafe + Milo) at home, it doesnt taste like the Neslo from mamaks but instead has this faint taste of Marmite. wtf???
- DID YOU KNOW THAT TIM TAMS (the original!!!! not the stupid cetak rompak one that tastes like crap) IS NOW IN KL?!?! i saw it at Bangsar Village’s supermarket. faster go buy! but make sure you pick the real ones and not the fake ones that are made in Jakarta.
- i have been so stressed out lately. i so cannot wait for the next week to end, so i can continue watching movies and reading books. i havent picked up a book in almost 3 weeks.
- a guy chatted me up the other day with an opening line of ‘nice shoes’. i immediately beamed and blabbered on for like 15 minutes about where i got the shoes, how much they were, what my friend (Vicnan that would be you) thought about them, etc etc etc until i gave him my phone number. guys very smart nowadays huh.
- has anyone come across the chinese show Tian Mimi anywhere lately? i’ve been searching high and low for the DVD or even the VCD but it seems no place carries it anymore =(
- Wikipedia is the best invention ever
- why is American Idol this year so boring? can we just give Melinda Doolitle the title and get it over with already?
- i am a frustrated torrentor who wants to know why *both* Heroes and Grey’s Anatomy went on hiatus at the same time -___- how can they do this to us!
- this will be my last semester in college. so i will be free from May onwards, and i have one year to kill. yay! anyone wanna spirit me away for long adventures or mysterious escapades? or you can just offer me a killer job.
- jin hang wrote me a cool Friendster testimonial the other day. like, an actual testimonial, and not the weird shit that constitute testimonials these days such as flowers and bears and christmas messages made up of strategically placed punctuation marks. so nice!! thank you jin hang, it’s good to know real testimonials still exist. but why you tell ppl not to talk to me when i’m emo!!! i’m such a nice person even when i’m emo =(
- it is unbelievable how awake i am right now
- i am just itching to blog about food. i havent blogged about food in forever!
- Bangsar Village 2 rocks my socks
- i have a chicken rice craving. Ming, i want the one from Maxwell!
- i heard a rumour Krispy Kreme is coming to KL. gasp…!! but sure bluff wan lah.
- okay, i’m seriously getting tired of people copying and pasting my blogs onto their blogs. grrrr it’s bad enough they take all my camwhore ideas, now they wanna take my blog posts too?? dont lahhhhh. all my posts very emo and special to me wan you know.
- oh my gawd Harry Potter Book 7 Harry Potter Book 7 Harry Potter Book 7 in just a few more months!!! it feels like just yesterday i was in Std 6 and sneaking peeks at Book 4 during classes!
- i totally miss Sri Garden. must go back one of these days.
- die it’s already 4.30am. back to the books!

Hahaha gluck stupid ah pau, btw 1 company in Malaysia (forgot their name) did have/bought the rights to franchise Krispy Kreme in Mas and they had the rights for quite a number of years already
Don’t know why they don’t want to open one in Mas..dumb asses, it’ll totally bring Dunkin Donuts straight down to hell

1. Why Heroes and Grey’s is on break?
“Mostly it’s a math problem- like one of those seventh grade “word problems” that you thought would never matter. In July of last year we began filming HEROES. It takes eight days to complete filming of every episode (actually it takes much longer - more like ten to twelve days - but any episode which shoots over eight days we complete with simultaneous units – meaning, most of the time, we have two complete film crews shooting at the same time.)
Now that means eight “working days” so depending on how the weekends fall it takes 10 to 12 calendar days to complete filming of an episode. It also takes a minimum of 4 weeks to complete post production of each episode – including picture editing, visual effects, music, sound mixing and color timing.
On September 25th we aired the first episode. At that time we already had 5 and a half episodes in the can. But from that point on, every 7 days a new episode airs. The math of 7 days between airings and twelve days between completing episodes catches up to us pretty quickly. By November we were in a situation where we couldn’t get any more episodes on the air.
Combine that with the fact that, from a network point of view, December is a slow TV-watching month. We design in a hiatus in December. Because the cast and crew take a two week break around Christmas (so we don’t die of exhaustion) the same phenomenon happens now, in early March.
Some shows like “24″ and “Alias” (and “Lost” halfway this year) have opted to not begin showing their first episode until January and then run them continuously. They also start filming in July, but don’t air anything ‘til the new year. For many reasons NBC and HEROES did not want to do that in season one. Maybe in another year.” - Greg Beeman

harry potter 7!!!! final book!!! .. am actually kind of sad it’s gonna end.. sumthing like how the star wars saga thing ended for the star wars fan i guess.. it’s like .. damn, no more HP after dis? i heard harry’s gonna die -___- well i guess either he OR voldemort has to die anyway.
well i try makin Milo O Ice at home but it always tastes like .. like anything BUT the mamak milo o ice!!

OMG! HARRY POTTER BOOK 7! Yeah, seriously, when I was a sixth grader, the whole class practically sneak at pages of Book 4 in Moral Classes.
You make Neslo? I make Milo with Farmhouse milk and melted dark chocolate. I know it sounds weird to you but hey, it’s nice. =)

I’m glad that I’m not the only one excited about Harry Potter’s new book! ^_^ Use wikipedia with caution: it reported Sinbad (a basketball player and TV star) as dead, but he’s alive and still kicking! (I read that in a newspaper)
