Blast From The Not-So Distant Past
i have uncovered a treasure trove!!! see, my brother had to get his computer fixed yesterday, so a technician came over to poke around. ever the opportunist, i nicely asked if he would kindly take a look at my old computer (the one that died circa mid-2005), and if it was possible for me to retrieve all my old files from that pc.
lo and behold, it was totally doable and at no extra charge! so instead of studying for my economics exam like i should be doing, i’ve been spending the whole of today just reading all my old MSN chatlogs from 2003 and 2004 as well as looking at all these photos i thought i’d lost forever to the Great Abyss Of Dead Hard Disk Drives. man this is a serious blast from the past, i feel so saturated in nostalgia at the moment. my bro and i were looking through some of the pics together, and i kept going, “hey i remember that top!! where the hell is it now?!” and likewise for misplaced bags and ‘borrowed’ shoes (mother, i am looking right in your direction). sigh! back then Tall Brother looked like a girl and Short Brother looked like a monkey.

this stupid photo of me was taken for my SPM moral project. we had to do all these goody-goody things like community service and treehugging, and show pictures as proof of validity - so this is me in Bangsar recycling a ribena bottle that a nearby pub agreed to part with in the name of environmental awareness! yes my whole moral folio had pictures of me posing like that.
