I went to the University of Southern California for law school and I love their school spirit. The common saying is that "you're a Trojan for life," i.e. you always feel a bond with every other person that went to the school.

The university is pretty decently ranked in the US, 27th in the US and 54th in the world in the Shanghai Jiao Tong World Rankings. The school is particularly strong in the areas of law, architecture, cinema, communication, and business.

There are a lot of clubs, service groups, and other activities on campus. There is a significant percentage of Asians, and a very diverse student body. We have undergrad and grad students that come from over 100 nations.

Finally, LA is the place to be if you're Asian. We have great weather, i.e. 80 degrees Fahrenheit all year round. We have great beaches, a diverse culture, and amazing restaurants with cuisine from many different countries.

Anyway, if you're primarily considering schools based on prestige, the most authoritative source for college rankings is the U.S. News and World Report College Rankings.
