today started off a little angry for me. then sad. then angry again. now, i am feeling a little bit sorry - in the guilty sense of the word. yet, there’s this throbbing kernel of blissful contentment somewhere in the pits of my stomach. ever jumped into something big and risky, expecting the worse, but then at the end of it all discovered that there was no need to be afraid or pessimistic in the first place? because everything turned out perfect and more beautiful than you could ever hope for? that’s what i’m going through right now. it’s a good feeling, even if preceded by a little bit of remorse at the recklessness of aforementioned pessimism.
i really wish i could say why i was angry this morning. at least it would get my message across to the relevant people involved. but i think the more i dwell upon them, the angrier i get, and the fact is dwelling on such things doesn’t really improve the situation any. well okay i want to talk briefly about just one thing, because that is the one i am thinking about most. i understand why sometimes it is important to remain neutral, but i cannot help but feel a sense of disappointment, and sometimes disrespect, for people who are privy to both sides of a story but still are unable or refuse to form an opinion. there’s always the same old “aiyah sensitive issue lah i dowan to say anything”, which to me sounds so cowardly and unintelligent. just because things are ’sensitive’, you don’t even want to THINK about the problem at hand? when all the bare facts are laid before you on the table, you can’t even bring yourself to recognize what is right and what is wrong?
i hope no one misinterprets or jumps to conclusions about what i’m saying, because i’m aware that what i said can apply to many situations, but i’m referring to some very specific events. haih. i’m just so sick of people who can’t seem to employ just a little bit of judgment and integrity when it comes to situations that require them to, because as a result of that, nothing is ever done about the injustices that are allowed to fester. and when talk comes to do, they all step back and let the more outspoken ones take the heat. and when the battle is won, they all come out to celebrate together-gether. it’s damn unfair. no this is not about elections. this is something personal. it’s about friends, it’s about right and wrong, it’s about a certain person with no principles whom i believe i’m never speaking to again.
haih.
on another note, i finally sent in my acceptance notification to the one college of my choice. so this fall, i will be attending Columbia University :) and i also already sent out the decline forms for all my other schools. it was so hard putting the check mark next to ‘No, I Will Not Be Attending…’ in those forms, particularly the ones for Penn and Chicago. when i think about all the effort and determination and prayers and hope i put into my applications for these schools only a few months ago, i can’t help but feel so extremely ungrateful for declining all their offers. yes i know it’s very silly to feel like this because i’m SUPPOSED to choose only one school and decline the rest, but hey. i dont know lah. remember how i wasnt even expecting to gain entrance into any of my schools. and now here i am just signing the decline cards as if they dont mean anything to me. i felt a little bit nauseous as i was signing the Penn card. during application season, Penn was the first application that i worked on because it was the school i wanted to get into most - and i slogged through it like a dog because i really needed it to be perfect. i remember exactly how i felt when i was writing my Why Penn essay. and now.. i’m not even going there. it feels strange.
i want to say thank you to everybody who helped me get this far. first of all, thank you to all of you who voted in my poll and left me comments on my Columbia / Penn decision :) and thank you to everyone who sent me long emails about their opinions. thank you Yau, i’m so glad you took that first step all those months back; i couldn’t have done it without you. thank you Matteus, Andrew, Chen Chow for all your ever-encouraging comments and opinions. thank you Lotus for constantly giving me that swift kick in the butt to get me going - you are the reason why i’m even attending an Ivy League institution in 4 months’ time. thank you Christine for that great interview; it must have been why i was accepted into Penn in the first place. thank you Nick and Amanda for all the insight into Columbia. thank you Emily, Timtam, Booha, Eeyang and Dad for being there during the last few minutes of my decision-making. lastly, thank you to all my friends and relatives who cared enough to share their thoughts with me about both colleges and for hounding me ever so often about my decision :) you have all been very kind to me.
i really regret that i cannot attend Penn. but the more i think about it, the more i feel i made the right choice when i sent in my Columbia confirmation. so here’s to plunging into New York City headfirst and not looking back!
oh and i went to watch Iron Man today :) i wasnt expecting it, but it was OMG SO GOOD. exciting, engaging and jaw-droppingly awesome from start till end. deep sigh! when i grow up i want to be like Iron Man!! *___* either that or marry someone like him!!
okay i have nothing else to say, and i really should be going back to bed. obviously my newly-recalibrated body clock is now cacat again. and for the people who are only here for the pictures, and i know there’s some of you out there!!!, i leave you now with one picture from Bangkok :

me trying to decide which shirt is more ME!, at Khao San Road - my 2nd favourite place in Bangkok after Chatuchak :)

have fun in columbia!
i’ve been striken by pangs of regret lately for not looking at other available choices and for living, breathing NUS buta buta all the way since 16. i blame this guilt trip on finals. grr.
anyway, good on you for your decision! :)

good to know that you have decided. so from now onwards let’s talk about packing! it is no mean feat deciding what to put in the lmited baggage allowance. it could be as ‘excruciatingly challenging’ as deciding between the colleges..hehehe..enjoy!

11. iamthewitch | May 2nd, 2008 at 9:09 am
I’m glad you made your choice and felt that it’s right. Also, I agree with you that it’s really irritating when people just *cannot* seem to make up their cacated minds when facts and figures are so crystal clear in front of them!
12. sweatlee | May 2nd, 2008 at 9:50 am

14. scott | May 2nd, 2008 at 10:10 am
How about a Little Miss Dangerous T-shirt. That’s actually a Ted Nugent song. I heard it on Miami Vice back before you were born.
15. KY | May 2nd, 2008 at 10:11 am
If you wanna marry someone like Iron Man you’d have to be Pepper Potts. But your skills in organizing and not losing things is a bit lacking…
16. entwined | May 2nd, 2008 at 10:13 am
yay to columbia! :D can’t wait for your posts when you’re there :P sure damn exciting!
and i’m going to watch ironman tonight, despite my exams being less than 2 weeks away. :( haha you just made me feel tonnes less guilty about it :P
and i can’t wait to go to bkk to shop!! it’s been on my agenda forever, but my parents don’t let :( but i will go!! if not my name is not NFJ!!!. hahah :P besides chatuchak, khao san road, the wholesale shopping malls, anywhere else you’d recommend? thanks!
17. Michelle C | May 2nd, 2008 at 10:51 am
I thought you were going to say, I want to marry Martian but he must wear an Iron Man costume.
LOL.
18. Matt | May 2nd, 2008 at 11:08 am
Glad to have been able to help! haha glad you’re at peace with your decision too. Either way you’d do great, but like I said in the email you’d probably fit into artsy Columbia better than practical Penn — esp with the Scholars program :)
come visit philly one day though! lol
19. Desmond | May 2nd, 2008 at 11:09 am
Good choice, good luck, keep blogging
20. fel | May 2nd, 2008 at 11:13 am

Hope you feel better, and congrats on choosing Columbia! I’m sure you’ll have a great time there :D
23. Jas | May 2nd, 2008 at 12:41 pm
Once the decision is made, all you have to do now is making the best out of it. The best part, its only the beginning of a very exciting journey in life :)
24. k0k | May 2nd, 2008 at 12:58 pm
I’m going to catch Iron Man in the next big city tomorrow! Superhero movies are the only sort that gets any sort of room in India - y’know, due to the fanatical obsession of Bollywood movies here.
Glad to see u’ve decided.
I’m commenter 24!!!!! wahey!!
25. grace | May 2nd, 2008 at 1:07 pm
hrrmm it shud be very hard 4 u to reject Penn as u wanted it so much at 1st and you are scared you may regret on your choice after that.
However, congratz! finally you have made up your mind! So many great things to come in your future.
Pick the Miss Late one, hahaha..because..erm…its pink?
26. Chen Chow | May 2nd, 2008 at 1:09 pm
Su Ann, great that you have made your decision. As I told you earlier, from now onwards, concentrate on your going to Columbia! Forget about Penn and Chicago. You can think about it again for grad school, but for the next 3-4 years, it is gonna to be Columbia (of course, unless you do a transfer).
And I would repeat what I have been telling a lot of those new Ivy Leaguers or those who get into similarly great schools.
Getting in is just the first step. You can celebrate now, but once you step in there, do remember of all the hard work that you have put in to get that far, and also more importantly, the opportunities that you have been granted! It is going to be a new phase of your life, and you can make or break it.
Do grab all the opportunities that come your way over there! There’s gonna be tons of it! Don’t overcommit and overburden yourself as well, as I have seen a number of overzealous people (including myself) get ownself overwhelmed. So, pace yourself.
Of course, having fun is part and parcel of learning. Try out all those interesting things that you ever imagine yourself going to do! Grade is not everything. You have all the material to make good, and I want to see you succeed. (Making me sound like an old grandpa talking….hahaha)
List down 10 or 20 new things (it could even be crazy) things that you have never done and going to do over the next few years, and then get it done! You are going to a land of freedom!
Wish you all the best! Will from time to time, check with you or read here on those interesting journey that you will go through in the next few years!
27. sheon | May 2nd, 2008 at 1:19 pm

WELCOME TO COLUMBIA!!!!!!! :) Will be looking forward to seeing you on campus this fall. Enjoy NSOP, fall and everything that comes with Columbia. Will be back a a day before classes start. By then, you would have familiarized yourself with a couple of places in NYC. Feel free to email me with any questions. Will try my best if you have any concerns.
WELCOME TO COLUMBIA, again!! :P One more Malaysian!! Hopefully, you speak Hokkien. I’m Hokkien-deprived. Even if you don’t, still, WELCOME!!!!
31. miss p | May 2nd, 2008 at 5:18 pm
wuuu~~ i am jealous! i want to go america tooo~~
congrats su ann! ive never met you before but *HUG*!
32. Ra | May 2nd, 2008 at 5:18 pm
those t-shirts are selling at 25pounds each in urban outfitters!!! buying them would make it seem such a waste to buy it here when you can get the same thing in Bangkok….. :(
congrats on Columbia! living in New York would definitely be challenging yet exciting at the same time!
33. miss p | May 2nd, 2008 at 5:19 pm
oh and i totally agree with you that it is irritating/disturbing when you know people who refuse to put themselves into a “difficult position” when they are asked for an opinion. le sigh.
34. erin | May 2nd, 2008 at 5:56 pm
Hmm… I guess the Martian’s out of d picture?
35. pinkpau | May 2nd, 2008 at 6:15 pm
carol : yes see you sooooon :) will you take me to magnolia pleeeease!
qjc : thank u so much :) yes i know i will love NYC and columbia.
andy : HAHA dont say things like that!!!
eunice : NUS isnt so bad wat! there’s an NUS grad this year who got into harvard MIT stanford for grad school engineering!
HK : come i pack u in my bag!
twinkle : i actually dont watch sex and the city, so i wouldnt know where the sets are :( but i do watch gossip girl!!
smartypants : im actually very excited about packing!!! hehe. okay maybe not really :(
foreverjas : forever21 carries junk food tees? hmm! i didnt know that. oh and i didnt buy either shirts…
iamthewitch : ya all just because they’re scared to put their name and face to any decision. so cowardly.
sweatlee : yesyes thank u suet li for gossiping and taking my mind off worrisome things. ok when u come to NYC again u can bunk with me :D
beetrice : HAHAHA “oh shit!” hahahaaaha
scott : by the looks of it, you gotta get ooseung that little miss dangerous shirt in a couple of years :D either for her looks, or for the jiujitsu you’re going to teach her. or both!
KY : ah but i bet pepper potts has a bank account. how boring and run of the mill!!! iron man would want someone more unconventional !!!
entwined : you wont regret iron man! okay chatuchak is the number one place to go to - wait for my review on it ok :D khao san road used to be my number two but over the past year i’ve realized that the (previously quite good) shopping has somewhat diminished and given more space to the pub/bar culture there. so i would say the next place to go is Platinum mall. cheapppppp stuff, the clothes you can find in all those bangsar boutiques. Suan Lum night bazaar is good too, a cleaner more organized version of chatuchak. Siam Square and its surrounding boutiques (on the streets) and its malls for quirky girly stuff, but defintiely a lot more expensive than the other 3 places.
michelle c : haha omg no! that costume makes the man so inaccessible. i so heart iron man when he was fixing and building all those stuff. so manly *heart*
matt : i am definitely visiting!!! thanks again for everything matt :)
desmond : thank u ! will do :)
fel : i suddenly cant waittttt to go to college! ohh iron man! *deep sigh
skyler : what is nyfa! yes yes stay near meeeee. eh you dont know how bossy i can be ok :P they were RM 15 for opening price, bargained down to rm13! but i ended up not buying them anyway….
jia meei : thank youuu :D i’m suddenly very excited about college. and yes am feeling much better, after some fries and ice cream!
jas : yes now i’m trying to put all the other ‘what ifs’ out of my head.. :)
k0k : omg commenter number 24!! i give u a prize ok :D enjoy iron man!
grace : YES you have no idea how hard it was. i didnt sign the card until i arrived at the post office. sigh. oh i ended up not buying either tshirt!
chen chow : hahaha thank you so much for everything. eh overzealous turned out well for you didnt it :D sigh. i’m so excited now, grandpa chen chow :P
sheon : president bush is going to be obsolete in 7 months’ time.. :D surely you can do better than that!!
reallybites : hah angry at what! what joke you want to tell me!
jiayoong : rm15 then bargained down to rm13. hehe cheap leh.
manda : i’m really so excited nowwwww. yes one more malaysian.. hopefully more next year, especially hokkien speaking ones, because i dont speak hokkien :P
miss p : thank u!!! *hugs :)
ra : haha the original tees sell for about RM 90 here. (that’s about 12 pounds in conversion?). in bangkok they were going for RM 15, then RM 13 after bargaining. hahaha it’s ridiculous how cheap bangkok shopping is
miss p : sometimes i understand their situation about not wanting to be in a difficult position, but i think it’s really cowardly when they dont even dare to form an opinion about it. even saying something like “ya i know this was wrong, but i’d prefer to stay out of it” is better than just “dont know lah dont want to involve myself” -_____-
erin : unfortunately i dont really know how to answer that question right now. sorry :(
36. Charlie | May 2nd, 2008 at 6:29 pm
About the cowardly type you talked about.. I really hate those people too. : | Even though they’re too weak to get into the boxing ring and duke it out for what they believe, they’re the first to deprecate anyone who tries to do that and fails. Very ungrateful bastards. Hopefully you’ll meet less of that type later on in life, though this is really unlikely because people who dare always attract people who don’t. : P Just get a big mace ready haha.
Congratulations on the Columbia Scholar offer!! Go and take the place by storm ok! And if you find any good Malaysian restaurants please tell me hahaha.
(I vote the shirt on the left because it’s grey. HAH)

Btw, I am the worst sitter-on-the-fence ever when it comes to things like er, deciding what to pick for entrees or buying a new pair of shoes wtf.
But never ever about things that matter - cos that’s called weaseling out of it. Not cool at all.

congrats on columbia :) pick the pink shirt. because it is pink. and you are pinkpau. wtf hahahahaha. and, uhhh, don’t mean to intrude here but, is martian… out of your life? im really sorry, you dont actually have to answer that question =/ i am just being so pat. haih sorry =(
48. Doreen | May 2nd, 2008 at 11:22 pm
Hey pinkpau! First, congrats on ur choice to go to columbia, I really wish I was in your shoes. :)
Anyway, I have a long personal view about neutrality and making a stand. Pretty recently, I’ve gone through this experiece where the person you care most choose to remain neutral, even after listening to both sides (and many sides -_-), as well as experiencing the shits himself ( i too had to suffer, grrr)
But at the end of the day, despite getting negative feedbacks about this girl from various people (this girl who happens to be his best friend, ugh), despite both of us getting harrassed by her tantrums, despite her childishness, despite all the things she put up against me, the person I care most does not want to take sides and this was mentally disturbing as I do not understand his choice, even after like u said “…when all the bare facts are laid before you on the table…”
After the end of this period, they were back to happy caring friends, as if nothing had happened. And this, I can never bring myself to comprehend why. His justifications would be “I know her better, and no matter what happens, she’s still a friend”…which makes me feel very much betrayed after all she had put us through.
I wish he’d take a stand, and is able to see what she has done wrong and personally I wish he’d just break off the ridiculous friendship, especially when she has put us through so much trouble and sadness.
I wish he’d see what his best friend had put me through all these months and choose to stand with me. Unfortunately, we don’t always get what we want, do we? :(
*sigh*
49. Chen Chow | May 3rd, 2008 at 12:14 am
pinkpau, you are most welcome. It is your hard work and initiative that birngs you there! Can see that you are super excited!!! :)
pinkpau, you know lin lee, the NUS student who got into many top unis? Yeah, Eunice, Lin Lee did very well in NUS and now she got her chance to go over at MIT for PhD.
50. carol | May 3rd, 2008 at 1:49 am
hahaha omg magnolia!!!! yes yes I’ll take you there (if you haven’t gone there by the time I’m back - sept24)… the original one on Bleecker St… AND they just opened one up on the upper west hoho so it’s nearer to you and you don’t need to travel so far for their cupcakes and cakes!
But boy are those cupcakes and cakes worth it! *drools* AND their banana pudding… *blissful sigh.
Okay you can start memorizing the subway system now hahaha =P but I know you Columbia kids generally don’t venture too far beyond the comfy confines of campus. Hehe.
51. skyler | May 3rd, 2008 at 1:52 am
Yala KY who is this Chris damn kiss-ass wtf.
NYFA is New York Film Academy hur hur hurrrr. Sigh with some luck I’ll get to go before your last year in Columbia. Why discount RM 2 only I thought can cut down more than that! I also want to go T____T ask entwined go with me wtf.

56. George | May 3rd, 2008 at 11:21 am
ORANG BESI!
hahahaha
this year hasn’t disppointed yet in terms of movies.. next stop, batman!
57. Jin Tik | May 3rd, 2008 at 11:22 am
Hey looks like you are heading to Columbia this fall! Congrats! I can imagine it must have been a tough decision between Columbia and Penn but whichever choice you make it definitely will not be regrettable. Both are AMAZING schools, lol. Plus all the perks you mentioned as a scholar, wow it blows me away. Barrack Obama was a law student there if I’m not mistaken. Being in such close proximity with what NY has to offer, again double wow..haha.
I’m heading to the States too this fall, at Stanford. I guess I would have someone to visit when I go to NY in the summer of during breaks! =)
58. pegsywegsy | May 3rd, 2008 at 11:33 am
congratulations for finally making that decision!!!
i initially said you will defo go to upenn but after reading that you will be a scholar at columbia, theres no way i am still going to vote for upenn after that!!! so much perks for being a scholar and only a minority of people are chosen each year obviously its not something you should let pass.
you will do great su ann! (as if we dont all know already)
59. Yappy | May 3rd, 2008 at 1:00 pm
Congrats Su Ann! Phew, finally you made the tough decision eh? Haha… Best of luck in Columbia! New York, New York! :))))
Oh, I haven’t watch ironman… movie tickets in aus quite expensive. But after hearing ur excitement for tony stark, I think I should! :D
60. Jane | May 3rd, 2008 at 1:08 pm
Yay Columbia!
It would be so awesome if I could meet you when I visit New York. But by train it already takes almost two hours to get to NY from Princeton. It’s close enough! Can’t wait to pack up and start the college experience this fall, can you?! :D
61. WunMin | May 3rd, 2008 at 1:36 pm
Yay yay ya for Columbia! Welcome to the East Coast! (Oh and sign up for USAforStudents and show your college pride :P )
62. zhi wei | May 3rd, 2008 at 3:29 pm
Damn. I know too many people going to the US! Must… resist..!
And Jin Tik, I thought you didn’t read blogs very much. Lol.
63. Liz | May 3rd, 2008 at 4:32 pm

66. aronil | May 3rd, 2008 at 10:15 pm
so after all the ding donging it’s columbia eh :) Very happy for you babes and hey rather be getting all the uni accepting you rather than not right? Rock yourself over there in NY babes, if i could go over there i know i would try my best too lol. You’ll be a hit over there with your personality. Don’t miss home too much, but you know that the blogging community is still around to keep in touch with ya.

hey congrats mann!! really very hard to enter Ivy League..and lately i dont hear anyone going there…except you.
you’re gonna have a fun time =)
And i think it’s very mature of you..the way u handle problems and how you deal with people. That inspires me a lot!
72. Jeff from LA | May 4th, 2008 at 12:19 pm
I’m excited to hear that you’re going to Columbia. I’m sure you’ll have a lot of fun.
Also, I agree, Iron Man was amazing. I got to go today and I really enjoyed it. Yay for good superhero movies! (I unabashedly sound like a 3rd grader, lol).
73. lu | May 4th, 2008 at 9:23 pm
good luck babeee ;) i’m sure you’ll have a good time.
74. jk | May 4th, 2008 at 9:26 pm

75. cupcake | May 4th, 2008 at 10:39 pm
hey there =) mind sharing on how you applied for entry into your uni? cause i’m planning to further my studies in the US too. a little too early to think about this, as i’m still in college.. but no harm getting some info about it first. thanks! oh, and really nice blog you have too. and have fun at columbia university! :)
76. Cheryl | May 4th, 2008 at 11:12 pm
i like the shirts…would love to get little miss late for my bestfriend!
77. pinkpau | May 5th, 2008 at 12:14 am
charlie : YES EXACTLY. they’re all talk no action only -_- okayyy i will be on the hunt for them msian restaurants! or actually, more like just going wherever my msian friends in NY tell me to go :P
chris : hahahahaha eh eh dont misunderstand… im not talking about what you think im talking about… if you are even talking about what i think you’re talking about..
reallybites : yes i knew you will understand my angst at fence-sitters..!! :D ok faster tell ur stupid joke
chm : haha i highly doubt they think it’s their loss ok :P it’s MY loss if i dont get into any schools!!
vvens : ei that day i saw it!!! at the curve’s flea market.. the shop right outside laundry bar. there were many little miss bossy tshirts there, in diff colors
joshuaongys : if got pimple then can :P nice meeting u too!
WP : neither =( i ended up buying bikinis instead
michellesy : yes exactly! weaseling or waffling! :D
prisonbreak : thank you! i hear you are a good tv show , but only in the first season
tricia : deal! ah i couldnt stop blogging or writing even if i tried :)
okthxbai : to be honest i dont really know how to answer your question right now :(
doreen : i’ve gone through and observed cases similar to yours, but none where the fencesitting party was the person you cared about most :( this friend of yours sounds like an extremely loyal friend, and i understand how it may seem how choosing to remain neutral feels like a move taken against you. it’s a sucky feeling but at the end of the day you have to take a step back and marvel at your friend’s loyalty :) not many people are able to stand up for their friends despite such overwhelming dissent. having said that, and i speak from vast experience (hahaha), sometimes people like your friend’s evil-sounding best friend destroy themselves, and the best thing you can do about it is .. nothing at all :)
chenchow : no i dunno her! but u mentioned her, so im passing back the info to eunice who sounds very depressed in NUS :P
carol : WAH why your semester starts so late wan!! no lah i’ll wait for you then we go together ok :P is it really as good as they say? “you columba kids” hahaha
skyler : hahha because their opening price so cheap oredi!! they usually rip off all the caucasians wan
therealanon : die lah am i really as late as my reputation claims =( leaving late august
foreverjas : indeed !
songjun : did you just call me a piggy moniker!
steph : bucket races!! hahaha awesome. ah i cant club in bangkok :( too young and they never let me in :(
george : i cant waittttttttt for batman, wanted, time travelers wife, the lovely bones!!
jin tik : yeah it was really hard deciding which school. but i think i’ve made the right choice :) all the best at stanforddddd and yes please do drop by NY when you can!!
pegsywegsy : thank u so much :) i’m still feeling a little bit daunted at this whole thing tho. i was very lucky about the scholar thing, and ya i’m sure it’ll bring an abundance of opportunities which i shouldnt let slip!
yappy : yup, new york new york! ahhhhh faster go watch iron man!
jane : you go to princeton! i should have known, from your stellar advice previously :P yessss cant wait. nervous but hella excited!
wunmin : haha ya i will i will :D
zhi wei : why you wanna resist! where are you going to study?
liz : those could be the original ones but i highly doubt it.. the oris sell for a lot more than rm39.90 !! sigh in bangkok so cheap. but fake lah :D
chris : come come i protect u!
kevin : hahahaha kevin dont say all my bad things!!
aronil : haha thank u linora :) it’s good to know friends will always be around.
yohan : oh that sounds deliciously tempting !
sam : late august this year :)
jerm : ah it doesnt have to be so serendipitous :P we can just make an appointment, you know!
anonymous : no lah there were about… 15? malaysians who got into ivies this year. or at least, 15 that i know of! :)
jeff : without inner children, there will be no movies like batman and iron man.. :)
lu : thank uuuu :D
jk : i’m not, unfortunately :( i was late and missed a good chunk of the show, and my pictures arent as nice as some of those out there. as for my commentary, i believe it’s shared by 90% of MDG viewers if you know what i mean :P
cupcake : it’s never too early to start reading up on applying! you’re actually a little bit later than most, because people usually take their SATs around now :) feel free to email me if you have any questions about the application process!
cheryl : you can place orders with me.. haha i’m going back to bangkok sometime next month i think. I THINK lah :D otherwise you can get them from some shops in bangsar and the flea market at the curve!

Anyway, I always knew there’s something special about you, and I kept telling everyone that all the girls should look up to you. Have fun when you get to NYC because you’re gonna come back a star. Better not forget me when that happens. ;)
