It is possible for optimists. It is not possible when you’re calculating the possible risks in reality.

That is contemplation with circumstance, as well.

In a world where a non-white person can actually become President of the United States, anything is possible.

    It’s possible, but very hard.

  • 7. bigbang  |  February 12th, 2009 at 4:22 am

Definitely possible…but it’s beyond conventional toughness. But I think it depends greatly on the circumstances themselves. Aiya, I think can. =)

cool. you made me learn a new word. brevity.
why couldn’t you just use “briefness”?

anyway, why bother with the circumstances? just screw it and go ahead with whatever, then it’s possible!

    no

  • 10. Jun  |  February 12th, 2009 at 7:20 am

although i’m tempted to say no, i suppose it’ll depend on circumstances.

tell me this is not one of ur humanities essay topics @_@

no. and also i think brevity sounds nicer than briefness. barack obama is half white after all. As black as he looks.

  • 12. sueyin  |  February 12th, 2009 at 8:31 am

yes if conclusion needs to be reached within 2 seconds… or else…

  • 25. Ting  |  February 14th, 2009 at 10:14 am

Depends on the circumstance that effects your perceptual evaluation. It is possible though.

  • 26. thisguy  |  February 14th, 2009 at 1:17 pm

the real question is – do you want it?

    then make it happen.

  • 27. tom  |  February 14th, 2009 at 10:35 pm

    why not?

  • 28. :]  |  February 15th, 2009 at 2:21 pm

it takes two to tango in a ldr. :]
as brief as you may want it to be, you still cant stop comtemplating about the long line of possibilities with the circumstances you’re facing.

perhaps, at the end of the day, making an effort while hoping that the end results is what is dreamed of – would bring bigger joy and sense of success. just like how dr king dreamed about a black president. no hope goes without effort. one needs another.

oh, i hope i am correct on the subject. :]

  • 29. nick  |  February 15th, 2009 at 5:34 pm

No, it is not possible to correctly use the construction “brevity of the circumstances”.

  • 30. kelly  |  February 16th, 2009 at 2:37 am

    yawn..boring

  • 31. Teddy  |  February 16th, 2009 at 9:08 am

It’s possible if one is willing to try and put in the effort

  • 32. Lydia  |  February 16th, 2009 at 3:03 pm

if i want it enough, yes it is possible. they say that optimism is the faith that leads to achievement.

  • 33. pinkpau  |  February 17th, 2009 at 1:20 am

thanks folks for your answers :)) in this case my own gut feeling isnt enough, so i just kinda wanna know other people’s gut feelings. does that make sense? i guess it doesnt really have to :)

  • 34. Kevin  |  February 21st, 2009 at 8:42 am

the brevity of circumstance lies within the complexity of the situation. the more you give thought, the more you realize it’s futile. Sometimes, it’s more important to learn to accept rather than to question.
