  omg!! that was so cute and hilarious, love your formal letter with tons of technical jargons. maybe they think you are joking about the backpack as elmo is so cute…. you could try to convince them by repeating this request every single time you talk to them.

  Su Ann, I was feeling for you. Therefore I went Elmo backpack hunting, only to find out that, that Elmo backpack you wanted is actually a book by Kara McMahon.

  Thus there is no way to put in even more books. :(
  And it really isn’t a backpack. Maybe I’ll find another Elmo backpack soon! :D

  but if i do find an elmo bag that is as cute as the one in the photo, i will let you guys know cos it seems like lots of people are interested in purchasing an elmo bag for themselves as well, haha.
