Like many of your other readers, I am bloody worried about #5 =(
Pills can be a temporary stop-gap, but because they're so habit-forming, it's not advisable to use them long-term.

I know you haven't had the greatest/ most stress-free time lately, so if I may be so bold as to suggest having a look at what's making it so hard for you to get a good night's sleep?

Sigh. I'm worried about you babe, please take care of yourself. You're very, very precious to very many people, so please, please treat yourself like the precious object you are to those who care about you.</description>

I've become somewhat an insomniac too. 

It's like my body ticks according to UK time when I'm all the way in Aussie.

and SLEEPING PILLS ARE A BIG NO NO like what michelle c said. it is bad. maybe try a relaxing herbal drink or a warm cup of milk before sleeping? eating bananas apparently helps as well.</description>
